AGS Wins General Motors (GM) Supplier of the Year Award
AGS Automotive Systems a Tier 1 leader in the manufacturing and supply of automotive bumper systems is proud to be named a GM Supplier of the Year by General Motors. The company was presented the award for Performance of Exterior Structures during GM’s 25th annual Supplier of the Year awards ceremony held in Orlando, Florida.
GM recognized 118 of its best suppliers from 15 countries that have consistently exceeded GM’s expectations. AGS was benchmarked against supplier competitors and provided an overall rating on a total enterprise approach and business relationship. Specific measurables included innovation and engineering support, quality and delivery performance, warranty claims, cost competitiveness, launch performance, overall cost of delivery to GM’s assembly operations and cultural alignment on factors such as transparency, communication and responsiveness.
